still here, not there where would I go? I can’t imagine where I’d be without the light you’ve shown you light my path before I know even in which way I’ll go

so no, I have no plans to leave you while I’m still here, not there the road is rough to Somerset so I’ll just have to say not yet

for years i stared at this same spot while mother paced the halls lying here atop her quilt as father made those calls

never would ever i’d ever have dreamed the weeds would replace my dolls but here I am, back to them all waiting for the shoe to fall
